QTS Suwanee 1 DC2 is a 376,900 sq. ft. data center at 120 Satellite Blvd NW, the second building on the QTS Suwanee 1 campus. Hewlett-Packard built it in 2006-2008 as one of six enterprise data centers in its global consolidation program; it later passed to HP Enterprise Services and then DXC Technology.
QTS bought the building from DXC in November 2022 for $42.5 million. QTS refreshed it to its Freedom design standard: front-of-house renovations, facade improvements, building-system upgrades, and shell build-out for three more data halls. The building sits on a 20-acre parcel.
