Polcom plans to develop Data Center 3 in Skawina, Poland, as a high-density facility supporting its cloud services and sovereign Polcom AI Cloud platform. The data center will comprise six server rooms and is being designed to accommodate rack densities of up to 150kW using air, liquid and hybrid cooling technologies. Polcom expects to invest approximately PLN150 million in the project and is targeting commissioning in 2030. The development represents a revised version of the company's previously announced DC3 project, which had originally been targeted for completion in 2026.
