Data Center Campus
Tract is pursuing plans for a $5 billion data center development at the Farmington Technology Park in Dakota County, Minnesota. The proposal encompasses 343 acres, including the Fountain Valley Golf Club property. Despite objections from some residents, the Farmington City Council voted to approve the final plat and planned unit development on November 18, 2024. The proposed site plan envisions up to 12 data center buildings spanning more than 2.5 million square feet, along with two administrative buildings.
