Data Center Campus
The multi-site campus utilizes an eco-integrated framework designed to route recovered server heat straight into local municipal district heating networks. Situated in a geographically stable coastal region, the campus leverages year-round natural ambient cooling to maintain exceptional energy efficiency across all plots. Its strategic coastal positioning provides a direct gateway to landing subsea fiber networks, establishing ultra-low latency routes across the Baltic Sea to Central Europe.

T.Loop specializes in the design, construction, and operation of Data Energy Centers (DECs). These innovative facilities are strategically positioned "on the edge," integrated into buildings with heating requirements that align with the excess heat generated by the DECs. T.Loop maintains ownership of the DEC operations.
The primary users of these DECs are clients with high-density computing needs, including those in fields such as High-Performance Computing (HPC), Machine Learning (ML), Internet of Things (IoT), 5G technology, and blockchain applications.
