Data Center Campus
Southeast Property Holdings LLC has secured approval to build a data center campus on a 133-acre site in Hampton, Georgia. Situated within Henry County, this land is part of the undeveloped 900-acre Henderson Farms mixed-use project.
The campus will consist of three 195,000 sq ft (18,166 sqm) buildings and include an electrical substation. While the identity of the company behind Southeast Property Holdings remains unknown, they will handle power supply negotiations for the campus.
