Data Center Campus
Security Land and Development LP is planning a new data center campus on a 42-acre site in Woodlawn, Maryland, located just west of Baltimore’s metro center. Site development and construction are scheduled to commence in mid-2026.
As part of the project, the applicant will acquire the local Rodeway Inn and donate five acres of land to BGE for the construction of an electrical substation.
