Rock Creek Data Centers is a planned five-building campus on a 121-acre tract at 10375 Old Granbury Road in southwest Fort Worth, Texas, part of the larger Rock Creek master-planned area near Crowley.

  • Owner and applicant: Walton Texas LP and WUSF 5 Rock Creek East LP (Walton Global), which bought the land in September 2015 as part of more than 830 acres sold by the State of Texas. Westwood Professional Services represented the applicant.
  • Zoning: the Fort Worth Zoning Commission rejected the plan in July 2024; the City Council approved the zoning change (case ZC-24-031) on September 17, 2024 by a 7-2 vote.
  • Plan: five data center buildings totaling about 1.5 million sq ft on roughly 90 acres, with building heights of 45 to 105 feet, a 15-acre park, walking trails, and a 15-foot noise barrier around the generator yard. The approved use covers AI, cloud and streaming workloads and excludes cryptocurrency mining.
  • The city estimated about $750 million in taxable value from the project.
