Pure Data Centres Group’s AUH01 Building 1 is an operational hyperscale data center located on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The facility is part of a multi-building campus and supports cloud and AI workloads using hybrid air and liquid cooling systems alongside a closed-loop water infrastructure design. Building 1 entered live operations in 2025, with initial data halls delivered to a hyperscale customer, while the broader campus is designed for phased expansion.
