- Land: 119.9 acres of former agricultural land north of US Route 60, assembled from three parcels inside the "economic opportunity zone" of Powhatan County's 2021 land-use plan.
- Approval: Powhatan County rezoned the site from agricultural to light industrial and approved the project in 2024. Press reported the investment at about $3 billion.
- Plan: three detached data center buildings with a combined 1.525 million sq ft of floor area plus six supporting structures, built out over at least five years. The project drew local opposition.
- The county projected 150 to 200 on-site jobs.
