Data Center Campus
Popca LLC has filed a proposal to develop a two-building data center campus in Newton Township, Pennsylvania. The project is planned for 76 acres along Newton Road and includes two 145,200 square foot facilities and an on-site substation. Owner Mark Gawron acquired the site from the Lackawanna County Tax Claim Bureau in 2017.
