PointOne plans Remington Technology Park on 234 acres along Lucky Hill Road in Remington, Fauquier County, Virginia.
- Zoning: Fauquier County rezoned the land in March 2018 for up to six buildings and an on-site substation. PointOne bought it for $7 million in April 2018. Its 2025 plan shows five buildings and about 2.5 million sq ft.
- Power: Dominion Energy is the primary utility. In July 2026 the Board of Supervisors approved a natural gas fuel cell equipment yard of 488 Bloom Energy units, replacing an earlier 13-turbine plan. The yard needs a new gas pipeline extension, and about 200 diesel generators provide backup.
- Capital: In February 2025 PointOne signed a strategic partnership with an undisclosed investment manager.
