Data Center Campus
Construction has officially broken ground on a data center campus located in the Gwangmeyong General Industrial Complex in Pohang, South Korea.
Developed with a $1.35 billion (2 trillion won) investment from NeoAI Cloud and constructed by Hyundai Engineering and Construction, the project will unfold in two phases. The initial phase spans 100,000 square meters and is targeted for completion in the first half of 2027, followed by a massive second phase. This landmark development marks a significant expansion into Pohang, a coastal city in Gyeongsang Province that is emerging as a new location for large-scale data center infrastructure.
