Hut 8 is developing the Beacon Point AI data center campus on about 525 acres near Robstown in Nueces County, Texas.
The campus has two phases. Each phase is an AI factory designed to NVIDIA's DSX reference architecture. A single high-investment-grade tenant has leased both phases for 15 years.
