Data Center Campus
Property developer Hillwood is planning a data center campus on a 40-hectare site in Reguły, southwest of Warsaw. The project, which includes four planned buildings, has faced significant local pushback. Approximately 1,200 residents have signed a petition against the development, led by the Active Neighbors Association (SAS). Primary concerns center on the project’s proximity to housing, with some structures slated for construction just 30 meters from residential areas.
