Data Center Campus
Stockland, in a 50:50 joint venture with global hyperscale operator EdgeConneX, is developing the Davis Road Data Centre in Wetherill Park, NSW.
Formerly known as "Project Blue Tongue" and designed by Cundall Johnston & Partners, the campus will feature two three-storey data halls and a two-storey tape storage building on the site of Stockland’s existing distribution centre. Each data hall offers approximately 19,550 sqm of gross floor area with 33 standby diesel generators per building and utilises direct evaporative cooling with outside air economisation, eliminating the need for mechanical chillers in the data halls.
