The Carmel Church Data Hub is a hyperscale Build-to-Suit and wholesale data center campus located in East-Central Virginia. This nearly 100-acre campus has the capability of making it an ideal site for CSPs and HPC/AI data centers.
Located close to the I-95 fiber corridor, the Carmel Church Data Hub is in a fiber rich location with multiple fiber providers serving the site, with direct connectivity to both Northern Virginia and Virginia Beach. The initial phase of the Carmel Church Data Hub is projected to come online in H1 2026.
