Archbald I LLC: Project Scott South

Archbald I LLC filed two zoning permit applications in October 2025 for the construction of two data center campuses. The larger campus (Campus 1) is planned for approximately 410 acres of land north of Staback Park on Eynon Jermyn Road and is proposed to contain 18 data center buildings. The smaller campus (Campus 2) would total around 66 acres. Across both campuses, a total of 22 buildings are planned, each measuring approximately 150,000 sq ft (13,935 sqm) of floorspace, for a combined total of 3.3 million sq ft (306,580 sqm). The identity of the company operating behind Archbald I LLC remains unclear.
