ML1 is A-Flow's three-building data center campus inside the A-Flow compound in Biñan, Laguna, south of Metro Manila.
- Owner: A-Flow Properties I Corp., a joint venture of Ayala Land (ALLHC) and PAG's Flow Digital Infrastructure.
- Timeline: construction of Phase 1A began in December 2022; the first building topped off in 2024 and entered service in 2025. Two further buildings follow.
- Financing: PAG and Ayala secured a reported $411 million loan for the campus build-out.
