About the Event

The Permian Power Conference is a two-day executive gathering held June 7–8, 2027, at the Horseshoe Arena in Midland, Texas. Produced by The Power Connection, the conference connects power generators, electric utilities, and oil and gas producers with data center developers, artificial intelligence infrastructure operators, and infrastructure financiers. The forum addresses regional power infrastructure, transmission constraints, and behind-the-meter generation across West Texas and the Permian Basin, where demand from high-density computing is accelerating. Organizers expect more than 1,000 attendees and over 60 speakers for the 2027 event, following an attendance of more than 850 people and 100 sponsors at the 2026 conference.
