The Gulf Coast Power Association has scheduled its Spring 2028 Conference for April 17 to 19, 2028, in Houston, Texas. GCPA has not announced a venue, agenda, or registration date. Its 2026 and 2027 spring conferences use Hilton Americas-Houston. The spring meeting covers ERCOT and Gulf Coast power markets. The 2025 spring conference drew 650 attendees.
